If you are looking for a fun way to get into fitness this Weekend Bootcamp is perfect! The whole bootcamp is women only so you can feel safe and relaxed when exercising. But don't worry this isn't a military style bootcamp, they even have a no shouting method. Take part in lots of different exercises such as ‘Body Blast’, ‘Zumba’, ‘Abs, Legs, Bums and Tums’, pilates and yoga. In the option of 3 locations of Manchester, Buxton and Hinkley where you will stay with your new campmates in your included accommodation. The weekend will start at 9.00am on Saturday, through to 13.30pm on Sunday. Even though you will be kept busy there will still be plenty of time to make friends, chat, do workshops and relax. To keep you fueled during the weekend the team will keep you stocked with healthy snacks and balanced meals. So grab your trainers and pack your bags for this fantastic weekend.
