Attended with my daughter, Abi. Brilliant course even though I thought we would be making the chocolate . Easy to follow steps to make chocolate buttons, ganache and truffles. Everyone came away with their own professional looking in most cases chocolates which were delicious. Chocolate quality was excellent. Staff were friendly and informative and they cleared up after you. Would definitely recommend this course to friends.Alison

A great experience enjoyed by both men and women and people of all ages. I went with my granddaughter, who had given me a voucher for my birthday and we enjoyed every minute of it. We also learnt a lot about the history of chocolate something we had never given any thought to.

We both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the chocolates were delicious. The presentation was slightly faltering at times but that was more than compensated for by the joy and enthusiasm shown.

Loved it went for my sis and my birthdays and there was a good choice of different chocolate and what to do with it. The only think that could be improved is a little more time for the chocolate to set but overall it was great and the staff were all enthusiastic and helpful.

I booked this workshop while on vacation because this is how I vacation ha and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did we make several types of chocolates, we also learned quite a few things about chocolate. You get to take home your handmade treats as well. And the best part is that you learn enough that you can easily make your own at home The only downside was that the venue was a bit of a walk from Haggerston Station, but thankfully its a pleasant one along the canal. Dont be like me, allow enough time at least 15 mins for the walk. A really great evening learning something new and I can now say I know what heaven smells like.Visited April 2015

A really fun session. Some interesting tips on chocolate making but nothing too complicated. Excellent tutor and a nice environment. Recommended for a fun treat. Not for anyone serious about chocolate making though.
