- Participants will need to be able to climb onboard and sit on an individual seat for the duration of the trip
- All boats can experience unpredictable movements that can aggravate existing medical conditions
- Not suitable for passengers with heart problems, current or historical neck or back problems
- Unsuitable for expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy
- Whilst Thames Rockets are unable to take wheelchairs actually on-board, guests can travel with their carers assistance to board the vessel and down steps into the seating area
- Guests must be able to sit unaided once onboard
- Spectators are welcome to watch the speedboat depart/arrive
