On arrival you will be welcomed and receive an introduction and safety briefing before hitting the waves. Your lessons are run by a qualified and experienced instructor, who will teach you the basic skills and how to stay safe. All equipment is provided from the boards to the wetsuits so all you need to bring is your swimwear and some enthusiasm! Your session lasts around 3 hours so you will have plenty of time to perfect your bodyboarding moves.
