The View from The Shard:
- Wednesday to Sunday (and some occasional Tuesdays)
- Please Note: The Shard is closed on Mondays
- Morning, afternoon and evening times can be booked ranging from 10:00 am to 23:00, subject to availability
- The last entry to The Shard is one hour before closing
- Bookings must be made in advance
- There will be an admin fee of £15 to change the time of your booking, at least 48 hours' notice must be given
London Steak House Company:
- Monday to Thursday - Lunch 12:00 to 15:00 / Dinner 17:30 to 22:30
- Friday to Saturday - Lunch 12:00 to 17:15 / Dinner 17:30 to 22:30
- Sunday - Lunch 12:00 to 17:15 / Dinner 17:15 to 22:00
Please Note: You can book your dining experience on a different day to your visit to The Shard if you wish
Please Note: Friday and Saturday evening reservations can only be made within 48 hours prior to the experience (availability for dinner on Friday and Saturday is released at 9am on Wednesday and Thursday respectively of that week). If you choose to book a Friday or Saturday evening, outside of the 48-hour booking window as advised above, then the voucher will be used against the normal priced a la carte menu and the value will be taken off your final bill. You will not be able to have the three-course set menu and cocktail

Please Note: There is a 48-hour cancellation policy that applies to all meal reservations, experiences cancelled within 48 hours of your reservation cannot be rebooked and will be forfeited
