The Meerkat experience in Oxfordshire is a must-try for all Meerkat fans from 10 years old. You'll get to meet the Millets Farm Meerkats, watch them play, feed them, and learn all about their lives. Tom and Ginger are the alpha pair of Meerkats in Oxfordshire, living in a large enclosure filled with tunnels and foraging places. For visitors, it's a walk-through enclosure, offering an up-close look at these fascinating creatures. Meerkats are known for their family-oriented nature, living in gangs or mobs of up to 50 in the wild. They take turns being the sentry, constantly on the lookout for predators while others are off getting food or babysitting young pups. During the Meerkat day in Oxfordshire, you'll be given a feeding bowl. The friendly Meerkats will quickly descend upon you, eager to eat the goodies in your bowl and giving you a chance to take plenty of photos. Plus, all participants get free entrance to the farm for the day, so you can explore the other animals and attractions at Millets Farm Shop and Garden Centre.

If you love Meerkats, then this is an experience that you need to take part in, the time spent learning about these little guys and interacting with them was fantastic, I will be going again in the future as now want to see how the Meerkat family here grow as the time goes by, with any luck might even see some little ones in a future visit.

Brilliant day out Millets Wildside. Not only did we have the Meerkat Encounter, but you can also watch the bird of prey display.Feeding and learning about the Meerkats is a must for any animal lover. They are hilarious
