Get ready to experience the iconic Volkswagen Beetle, also known as the Volkswagen Type 1. This small car was produced by Volkswagen from 1938 to 2003 and is famous for its unique shape. The classic bug you'll be driving through Surrey's beautiful countryside is none other than Herbie, the Love Bug, a beloved 1963 Volkswagen Beetle with a mind of its own. Now it's your turn to take this lovable bug for a spin. It's not only easy to drive, but also spacious enough to bring along your friends or family for the ride.

Itinerary
Your 9 hour hire of this Classic Car includes:
- A short driving lesson at the pick up HQ to familiarise yourself with the Car (20-30 mins).
- Explore the Surrey Countryside for the rest of the hire.
- You may take along passengers with you.
- 100 miles allowance (don't drive more than 50 miles away!).
- Full Comprehensive Insurance and full RAC breakdown cover is included for one driver.
If for any reason the car becomes unavailable on the day, drivers will be offered a choice of a Morris Million, MG B Roadster, Morris Minor Convertible or 1969 Fiat 500 subject to availability.

Vouchers a valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. Once the voucher has been activated, you will receive a code which you can redeem directly with the car hire centre.

- Drivers must be aged between 25 and 75 and have held a full UK or EU, clean driving licence for more than 3 years.
- You must produce your driving licence on the day along with two other types of identification which must be a utility bill and official letter both addressed to you and be under your current address and dated within three months from the date of hire.
- A Credit/Debit Card pre-authorisation security deposit of £1500 will need to provided to cover any fines incurred during the hire of the vehicle.
- In addition to the main driver, it is possible for three other drivers to be insured on the vehicle at a cost of £40 per person, provided they meet our insurance requirements.
- You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel the left the hire HQ with.
