What better way to get your kids interested in the great outdoors than by going on a Family Bushcraft Weekend in Dorset. The Survival style course will have you sleeping under the stars in an ancient woodland at Blackmore Vale near Blanford. Guided by amazing bushcraft experts you will learn so many basic skills needed to survive in a woodland setting. Be taught about flora and fauna, along with important skills such as: fire lighting, shelter building, traps and tracking, preparing food, camping cooking, natural navigation, safe tool use, water sourcing. The experts will also give you great tips and tricks so you can survival camp. You will learn everything you need to thrive and not just survive!

Went with my 12 year old daughter and despite the weather we had a fantastic weekend. The teachers were fantastic and cannot be faulted. I would definitely do it again and would have no hesitation in recommending the course to anyone interested in bushcraft.
