This special pampering package combines Crowne Plaza dining with a luxury spa and leisure facility. This experience gives you a full day to take advantage of everything the four-star Crowne Plaza Hotel and Quad Club in Marlow has to offer, as well as a leisurely lunch in the hotel's café bar and restaurant. The Quad Wellness and Spa is the name of the health and recreation centre at the Crowne Plaza. It is actually run separately from the hotel and has a warm reception room where personnel may show you the amenities apart from the main hotel reception. The only items you need to bring are your own toiletries, swimwear, and gym clothing if you intend to use the fitness centre or the regular group exercise programme. You are provided with robes and towels. So settle on a lounge chair by the pool, register, put on your robe, and contemplate your plans for the day at the Quad Wellness & Spa. It can simply be a matter of resting for a short while in the middle of the morning before diving into the pool. Or perhaps you prefer using the Life Fitness exercise equipment at the gym?
