Explore the art of copper foil stained glass making in our Full-day workshops! We offer classes in Cambridge, Bedford, and Yardley, led by talented stained glass artist Will. Unlike traditional lead methods, the copper foil technique allows for intricate, freeform shapes like leaves and flowers. It’s ideal for smaller pieces, such as those used in Tiffany lamps. Will loves this method for creating organic and stylised designs, making it suitable for all skill levels, including beginners. In the workshop, you’ll craft a suncatcher or decorative piece (birds are a popular choice) with Will's patient guidance. You'll learn to cut coloured glass, wrap the copper tape around the edges, and use solder to hold your creation together. Display your finished piece in your home to bring colour and light to any space, or gift it to someone special. Join us to create something beautiful with copper foil stained glass!

Full Day
- Six-hour session with a break for lunch
- Create a larger glass panel or 2 small ones

- It is recommended you wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
- Consider bringing an apron or an old shirt to protect your clothes from glass fragments
