A skilled chocolatier situated in Alresford takes pride in producing high-quality chocolates and is providing you with an opportunity to learn the art of chocolate making at their beautiful location in Hampshire. The chocolatier uses locally sourced ingredients such as cream, fruits, nuts, and liqueurs to craft unique and delicious flavours. During the workshop, you can experiment with various ingredients to create your own combination of divine flavours. Additionally, you will learn how to decorate and garnish your chocolates like a professional. Throughout this workshop, you will learn how to make delicious ganache using only the finest quality ingredients. You will also learn how to hand pipe the ganache into professional moulds and decorate your handmade chocolate treats using your newly acquired piping skills. At the end of the session, you will be shown how to hand decorate a lolly, and a prize will be awarded for the best one. The team from Hampshire will be available to provide expert advice on chocolate making, and you can expect a fun, friendly, and relaxed environment. This workshop lasts for two and a half hours. By the end of the session, you will have produced a superb batch of handmade chocolates. You will also have the opportunity to taste some chocolates while learning. Moreover, you will be able to take your chocolate lolly home with you. This is a fun-filled hands-on workshop ideal for any cocoa lover!

A great afternoon for myself and my granddaughter. The ladies running the workshop were very friendly and helpful, explaining each step as we made the chocolates. We made and decorated far more chocolates to take home than I envisaged. My granddaughter was delighted to fill a gold box with the chocolates she had made for her Mum for Mothers Day and that she won the prize for the best decorated lolly. We would love to do another workshop and I will be recommending it to my friends.

We had no idea what to expect, but this turned out to be a very entertaining way to spend a few hours. The hosts, Julie and Sarah, were professional and knowledgeable, full of fun anecdotes and ready with a joke. The goodies we made and got to take home were delicious.

A wonderful workshop with a very friendly expert team of two who took time and care to ensure we were all thrilled with our final chocolates. Beyond what I expected. Lots of choices as to white, plain or milk, plenty of options for fillings and wide choice of moulds. I made mine with a dark chocolate ganache with raspberries, champagne and nuts heavenly Given gold boxes and wrapping ribbon to complete an exquisite gift. We even had a decorated chocolate lolly competition
