It’s the perfect opportunity to mingle, indulge, and savour the delectable offerings of Bray Cured. After a satisfying luncheon, head to Huntswood Golf Course where you can rent clubs or bring your own. The 9-hole course offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Charcuterie Courses:
- Duck: From butchery to curing and cooking, you'll learn different charcuterie techniques which use every part of the duck
- Salami and Chorizo: Learn how to butcher your meat, blend your own salami and chorizo, cure and ferment and create your own sausage
- Bacon: Work with butchered cuts of heritage breed meat ranging and learn about salami and bacon production
