Itinerary:
- Welcome, introduction and safety briefing
- Forge the axe head: Drift and shape the eye of the axe head
- Use processes such as cross peening and fullering to forge the cheeks
- Shape the face of the axe then forge wield the high carbon edge
- Head out to the grinding bay to use tools to shape and grind a bevel into the axe head
- Use a number of woodworking tools to shape the handle and fit your axe
- Learn how to throw axes at the targets
