With over 1,000 acres of parkland surrounding the hotel, you'll feel like you're in your own private paradise. The combo experience includes archery, paintball, and air rifling. With top-notch instructors, you'll receive expert guidance regardless of your skill level. They'll equip you with the necessary forearm protectors and finger guards before starting your training, which begins with a safety briefing. After the briefing, it's off to the practice range to learn how to properly stand, load, aim, and release your arrows with a recurve or compound bow. Don't worry if you miss at first; with practice, you'll become more confident. In the combo experience, you'll also have the opportunity to shoot field targets with an air rifle and play paintball. These activities are sure to bring out your competitive side, so be prepared to put your skills to the test.

I had a fabulous day the venue was perfect and the archery instructor was really good explained everything vey well. He made sure we had the correct bow for our ability. He put us at easy immediately and encouraged us all the time. it was a fantastic day

Trying the archery was great fun but what made the experience excellent was the staff at Slaley. In the initial phone call to book the day I spoke to a very helpful and cheerful assistant Suzanne, who emailed me with the confirmation immediately. When I turned up on the day slightly late, but it wasnt my fault, honest everything was ready and I was welcomed, not given any kind of bollocking. The staff member Paul who took me through the experience certainly knew his stuff and he was patient, kind, and a really nice guy. The whole thing was tremendous.
