60 Minute Spitfire/Messerschmitt Flight

About the experience
Product ID: 13950
Bring the skies of World War 2 to life in this realistic sim session where you can choose to fly a Spitfire replica or a Messerschmitt, which was the star of the German Luftwaffe. Even for the most knowledgeable of history buffs, you’ll soon find that one of these sim sessions in Leighton Buzzard give you an enhanced appreciation of the efforts of fighter pilots during WW2, whether they were flying on the side of Britain or Germany. Whatever plane you opt to experience, both are fully built to the original specifications with a full set of working gauges and controls to give you that authentic flight experience, all from the comfort of a simulator. When we think of the Battle of Britain, the Spitfire is an iconic symbol in most peoples’ imaginations, but it’s rare to get the opportunity to sit in a realistic replica and have a go at the controls and flying on a mission of your choice. However, if you’re curious about the planes of the enemy, why not explore the mighty Messerschmitt, the favoured plane of WW2 fighter pilots who undertook daring missions through the skies of Germany and Europe. Being spoilt for choice does mean a decision has to be made about which fighter plane you would like to virtually experience, however, rest assured, both are equally as impressive and realistic. If you’re somebody who loves nothing more than aviation history, now’s your chance to gain a real insight into the lives of fighter pilots during WW2.
