Just received my second of three in the post today very exciting. The first, a Massaman Curry was absolutely excellent and this mornings offering is a Chicken Xacutti, which I cant wait to cook. What is good about these dishes is that they are unusual and you would be unlikely to come across then before except in good restaurants. Its all about preparing something authentic and new and with the spices all prepared it makes the dish quick and easy to make. On a practical note, the spices are all packaged well and in a way that makes them convenient to use and they are fresh, full of flavour and include ingredients that Im sure would be hard for me to find in the shops. Great gift for any keen home cook wanting to try something new and delicious thats easy to prepare too
