    • Use heat and a hammer to forge a practical or decorative item from raw iron
    • Create a keepsake with your very own hands to take home with you
    • Take away a beautiful crafted piece of ironwork, created by you!
    • You will form part of a small group of up to 8 participants

    Examples of items you can create

    • 3 Hour: Fire poker, candlestick holder, bottle opener, key ring, letter opener, toasting fork etc
    • 5 Hour: Rose, boot scraper, wall coat rack, candlestick, paper/viking knife etc

    • A picnic lunch is available to purchase for an additional £8.50 payable when booking your date
    • Not suitable for spectators

I received this experience as a present from my kids. In the past I have had this type of thing which turned out to be dreadful. However this company was very good. The administration was easy and the experience was fantastic. I would recommend.

Had a great day out with my brother, we did a taster session and it was surprising what we managed to make with in the time. I made a fire tool, my brother made a knife. The guys there were really friendly , and I wouldnt hesitate to go back or to recommend Oldfield forge to anyone.
