Even though our European neighbours in France and Spain have long had a centuries old heritage and tradition of preserving and curing meats and cold cuts, here in the UK we have, in recent years, been producing our very own selections that more than stand their own on any charcuterie board worth its salt! And this family-run charcuterie from which your monthly deliveries will be sent from are by far one of the most decorated. Based in Bray in Berkshire, in 2023 alone they received an incredible eleven Great Taste Awards for their produce from the Guild of Fine Food. Using a combination of both traditional methods and new methods for producing their small batches of charcuterie meats, including Marlow Lamb Hogget, Berkshire Longhorn Beef, Coppa, Salami and Pancetta, it is all sourced from British reared animals, with a key specialisation in heritage rare breeds. All the meat will be sent in specially vacuum sealed packs that are designed to fit easily through average letterboxes. So all you need to do upon receipt of your voucher is redeem it to start your subscription, and get the best bread and finest wine you have to hand so that you have the perfect accompaniments ready for your meat arriving!
