Your taster session takes place at Stonerocks Farm. The day retreat begins with scones, tea, and coffee around a cozy firepit, followed by a peaceful walk up the hill to begin your yoga session. Afterward, you'll stroll through ancient woods for an immersive forest bathing experience, where you'll engage your senses and reconnect with nature. Known as "Shinrin Yoku" in Japanese, forest bathing is all about immersing yourself in the tranquility of the forest, whether by listening to the wind in the trees or simply lying back and watching the clouds drift by, just as you did in childhood.
