Treat the whole family to a weekend Segway adventure in the muddy countryside of Heaton, just 20 miles south of Manchester. Travel through twisty lanes, across open fields and woodlands as a group as you navigate this challenging, but very fun, segway safari route. It really is entertainment for all the family. With a minimum age of 11, and suitable for a group size of 7, you can bring all the family along and maybe even some friends too! If you’ve never tried riding a segway before, you’re in for a treat. As it’s a weekend package you’ll be zooming through the paths in no time and it will start to feel like second nature. With exclusive use of the segways through the whole weekend, there will be plenty of time to get to grips with these nifty machines as no sharing will be required. If you’re based anywhere near Staffordshire through Cheshire and Manchester, this is the ideal weekend experience for you and your family. There’s no better way to spend the weekend than by whizzing through the countryside in an expanse of 160 acre farmland and getting the kids out in the open air after a full on week at school. - The venue is located within 160 acres of countryside in Heaton, around 20 miles South of Manchester near Rushton Spencer.
- Macclesfield, Stockport and Stoke on Trent are all within easy reach.
- All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Not suitable for those who are pregnant
- Minimum weight 7 stone
Minimum Age: 11 years
Maximum Weight: 114.00 kg
- There is a cafe on-site serving drinks and snacks as well as a picnic area
- Experiences are available on most weekend dates from late February to early December
- Sessions start from 10am and then run every hour and a half onwards
- Spectators are welcome and can watch the participants introduction and practice session before waiting back at the on-site cabin
