Our friendly club near Tavistock offers the perfect opportunity to soar above the stunning South Devonshire countryside in twin-seat training sailplanes using the winch system. At the Dartmoor Club, we have something for everyone. Start with our voucher for one winch, providing a captivating glider flight with an experienced instructor. Once you've tasted the freedom of gliding, you'll want more, making our voucher for two winch launches the top choice for many. For a comprehensive gliding experience, choose our full-day Dartmoor glider package. Spend the day with an instructor, learning the theory and technical aspects of flying a sailplane and taking to the skies in a dual-control aircraft for multiple flights. During this extensive glider day in Dartmoor, you'll enjoy six flights, gaining maximum training time and a thorough understanding of gliding procedures. Upon completion, you'll receive a training record and certificate to celebrate your achievements. All experiences include hands-on time at the controls and flights operated by the winch tow. Depending on the weather and winds, you can ascend several thousand feet before gracefully gliding over Dartmoor, propelled only by the wind.

What's Included
