How better to experience the beauty of North Yorkshire in a unique and thrilling way than with a 4x4 Off-Road Experience in Thirsk! The lush countryside, undulating fields, and windswept moorlands make for the perfect terrain for an off-road driving adventure. If you haven't tried this type of experience before, this 30-minute Taster Session is the way to go! During the Taster Session, you'll have the chance to get behind the wheel of some amazing 4x4 vehicles, including the Land Rover Defender and the Ford Ranger Wildtrak. Experienced off-road drivers will be on hand to guide you through every step of the way, so no need to worry. The 30-minute session will teach you everything you need to know about driving on this type of terrain. Plus, every experience is completed on a one-to-one basis, so you get personalised attention and guidance. An additional 15 minutes will also be added to your time to allow time to go through all safety measures. But that's not all! You're welcome to bring a friend or family member along for the ride, completely free of charge. And with five different routes to choose from, ranging from beginner to pro level, there's something for everyone. You'll start out on the lead-in route, which allows you to get comfortable with the 4x4's traction, gearing, and balance. This is the perfect experience for anyone who loves the countryside and is up for a challenge.

Information
- Minimum age 8
- Minimum height 1.2m
- Maximum weight 21 stone
- A good, general level of fitness is required
- Not suitable during pregnancy
- Not suitable if you have had an epileptic seizure in the last 12 months
- Under-18s must be accompanied by a participating adult (aged 18 or over)
- 1:5 adults to children aged 8-17 years
- Due to the off road nature of this activity it is not suitable for spectators, however experiences can be shared with an additional driver for an extra fee which is payable on the day.
- Snacks and drinks are available to purchase on the site.
Minimum Age: 13 years
- Courses run on weekends and weekdays throughout the year
