All the equipment you need will be provided, including a bow that's tailored to your size and build, as well as arrows and protective gear. Throughout the experience, you'll learn the basics of archery, from how to hold and load the bow to releasing the arrow. Don't worry if you're not the strongest person around - it's all about technique! With your trusty recurve bow and arrows, you'll aim for the golden centre ring in target archery at Sandy. Although your first few attempts might miss the mark, the thrill of hitting the coloured rings is sure to be worth the effort! Outdoor archery experiences near Sandy, Bedford:

- Minimum age 8
- All under 18's must be accompanied by an adult
- Available Monday to Sunday
- Sessions are at 10:00, 12:00 and 14:30
- Evening can be booked between May and September Monday to Friday 17:00-20:00
Minimum Age: 8 years
- Non-baggy tops/jumpers should be worn
- Hair to be tied up
- Please advise the instructor of any injuries you may be suffering from that could affect your shooting
- Piercings from the waist up to be removed. (Only exceptions studs or small looped earrings)
- Suitable footwear such as trainers or walking boots should be worn, no open-toed sandals or flip flops
- In wet/cold weather suitable outdoor clothing is advisable
- Spectators may view from a designated area and are welcome at no additional charge
