Back in the bar area, it’s time to savour the fruits of their labour with a guided tasting session of gin and tonics that highlight the unique botanicals used in their production. Sky Wave produces a variety of gins, including Navy Strength, Old Tom, Liberation, and Signature London Drys, along with fruity and spicy fusion gins. Inspiring, innovative, and downright delicious, these experiences provide a fantastic opportunity to go behind the scenes with a dedicated and passionate gin-making team at this remarkable contemporary distillery in the historic location of Bicester Heritage.
