About the experience
Experience the joy of woodworking with our fun and creative courses in Hampshire near Fleet. Spend a day in our workshop and unlock the secrets of crafting beautiful and useful items from wood. Working with wood is deeply fulfilling, but where do you begin? What wood should you use, and which tools are essential for your workbench? All these questions and more will be answered during your full-day woodworking session. Your voucher is valid for either the level one (absolute beginners) or the level two course, perfect for those with some woodworking experience. Hosts Jonty and Amanda will warmly welcome you to our well-equipped workshop in the Hampshire village of Church Crookham, between Fleet and Farnham. These small group courses are very hands-on, so you'll have the opportunity to create your own handcrafted wooden piece to take home and cherish for years to come. Join us for a day of discovery, and let the experience inspire a new and enjoyable creative hobby.

Introduction to Woodwork - Level One:
- Perfect for beginners
- Introduction to a range of hand tool techniques
- Learn essential carpentry skills needed to start making things from wood
- Use your new skills to make a simple bench hook and wooden try square that will be yours to keep and use
Introduction to Woodwork - Level Two:
- Suitable for those with some previous experience
- Develop your hand tool woodworking and carpentry skills and introduce you to intermediate-level techniques
- Learn how to start designing and making your own projects from scratch
- Cover basic design, wood movement, grain direction, making drawings, cut lists and proper planning
- Craft a beautiful pine box with fitted brass hinges you can take home
