Hosted by nutritionist, writer and broadcaster, Kumud Gandhi, in this practical session you will learn all about the power of food when it comes to not only diet and physical health - but wellbeing. Depending on your interest, you can choose from a range of classes such as those geared towards gut health, diabetes or even improving your heart health. Alongside Kumud Gandhi, you'll be given practical instruction on how to create some new delicious and healthy dishes to add to your home cooking repertoire. From flavourful lentil and spinach dahl and herb crusted Salmon, to a delicious and filling chia seed pudding, you'll be introduced to a range of healthy recopies that send your taste buds tingling, all without having to worry about watching your waistline.
