The pilot instructor was an excellent communicator and a thorough professional. I asked if we could fly over my home town which was about 15mins away which was achieved with two circles than back to Norwich airport.As a first flight experience I hadnt appreciated radio communication between student and the pilot would be quite restricted as the control tower comms naturally took precedent. This reduced my opportunity to ask for more hands on time as I would have liked to make more directional change manoeuvres to get a better feel.

- The instructor will handle the take-off
- You will take the control for the majority of your selected flight
- After the flight, there will be a debrief with your instructor
- One passenger is usually allowed to join the flight on 4 seater lessons and observe from the rear seats (maximum weight limit applies)
- Trial flying lesson in a four-seater light aircraft

- With views of the runway, you are welcome to bring cameras to capture images of the participant in the aircraft.

- Under 18s must be accompanied on the airfield by an adult
- Maximum height of 6ft 4ins
- Four seater maximum weight limit of 18 stone
- Four-seater flights allow for passengers with a maximum weight of 15 stone (at the pilot's discretion)
- A photographic ID may be requested on the day.

Brilliant experience for my surprise 21st birthday. I was also allowed to take a passenger.The instructor was very professional but relaxed and showed me every step and it wasnt long till I was actually flying the plane. Well worth the 60minutes. I enjoyed it that much I have now booked lessons.

This was bought as a present for my daughters 21st. We had to change the date a few times due to Covid but the flying school were so helpful understanding it wasnt a problem. The actual flight was brilliant. I highly recommend the Into the blue flying lesson. The staff at the flying school were extremely welcoming and friendly, as well as very informative. A fantastic experience, the thrill of turning the plane and the views were amazing. I flew the plane for a good 40 minutes, my wife was with me too in the back seat. The pilot was great, he made us welcome and at ease very quickly. Would I do it again absolutely.

It was a brilliant experience. The instructor Ross was so friendly and treated me as he would a student, rather than maybe coddling me as an experience day user. I would highly recommend the hour flying experience because it gives you enough time to fly the aircraft for long periods of time. It has made me want to do further.

From the second we arrived to the second we left this was a fantastic and truly personal experience. Ive done experience days before and its just queue, queue, queue, but this was just myself, my gf as the passenger and Ross, our instructor. From the briefing to blocks off to landing everything ran like clockwork and was flawless. The overall flying experience was an absolute treat and I was amazed at how much time I had control. Im sure Ill be booking again.

We had a really great time. The instructor Chris was passionate, engaging and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and really made us feel comfortable. I learnt all about the plane and how it works as well.We were in the air for 45 mins, and I was in control for most of the time in the air with help from Chris when neededA fabulous day, and amazing experience.I would highly recommend this as a great gift to anyone thinking of learning to fly and want a great introduction to the real thing.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. This was a present for my husband but I was able to go as well. After a very informative briefing we were taken to the airfield for our flight, we took off from Norwich and flew straight to the coast, following the coast line to Bacton then headed back inland. Huge thanks to all at Into the Blue and Premiere Flight Training at Norwich. Everyone so helpful and friendly. First booking fell foul of conditions but rebooked without any problem at all. Turned up on the day to be met by my instructor who was very thorough on the safety briefing without being overpowering. Discussed what was the best plan to fulfill my hopes during the flight. Again a very thorough briefing on the aircraft and preflight planning checklist, all of which was a lot to take in from my previous flying in the 1960s After clearing Norwich we were treated to the wonderful views of North Norfolk. I am sure John was sitting on his hands as he patiently talked me into resurrecting some of my dormant flying skills some with greater or lesser success The remainder of the hour flew past very rapidly and enjoyably. Very, very good value for money and very enjoyable. Absolutely shattered at the end of it with that level of concentration. Would recommend this experience for anyone. You can try as little or as much as you want. Thanks again to all and in particular John Whightman.

Had a fantastic flight over Norfolk. From Norwich airport flew over to the coastline at Cromer and then up the Coast to Wells. I flew the aircraft for a whole hour and the instructor took over for the landing only. Fabulous experience and highly recommended.

I have just completed a1hr flying lesson out of Norwich Airport. This was bought for me as a big birthday present and has to be one of the best presents Ive ever had. It was an amazing experience and something I would like to do again and again As it was a four seater aircraft my son was able to occupy the back seat and hopefully he got some good photos. All the staff are very welcoming and my pilot instructor David was brilliant.This is the second time Ive been as my son actually did a flight this time last year for his 16th birthday again with David. You get to take control for long periods and unless youve experienced it its hard to explain just how great it is. If you dont mind flying this is something which is a must and should be on your list of things to do

My Pilot was great. Very friendly and informative. Id been been bought the lesson as a birthday gift and it was more an experience than a lesson. My pilot allowed my son to sit in the back and took us out over the coast, it was a beautiful day and the view was remarkable.
