About the experience
There are few things that are more rewarding that learning a new skill so what not give Stand up paddleboarding a go on the Llangollen Canal in North Wales. No need to go buy all the gear as all the equipment you need will be provided to you by the centre. All the instructors are BCU certified and will get you moving in no time. The first thing you will learn are the key skills such as balancing, turning and steering along with basic strokes and manoeuvring. At the end of your 3 hour session you will be gliding along the water of the canal with no difficulty. You will have the paddleboaring bug in no time.

- Go flat water touring on the canal on your board
- All the onshore and on water tuition included
- Coaches are all BCU qualified instructors
- A paddleboarding experience
- A three hour session on the Llangollen canal
- Wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets, paddles and paddle boards are provided
- With expert tuition you will learn how to manoeuvre the board and learn basic strokes and key skills such as balancing, turning and steering
- Experiences are hoisted by BCU certified instructors
- Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult (they don't have to take part)
- Spectators are welcome to come along and watch the action

Easy to book the session, not many spaces available so that was a good sign!
Friendly instructors who were very knowledgeable, we ended up with a 2 on 2 session due to a dropout on the day which was good. All equipment used was in good condition, modern and clean. Would definitely recommend.
