We took 10 young people diagnosed with ADHD for white water rafting along the River Derwent. Excellent service from start to finish and extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended.

brilliant day out, wasnt really any white water as the rain hadnt come very hard. But great guides, great fun, great for both nervous and those of us who wanted more adventure, suits all ages as long as you are mobile and fairly confident in the water. if fact your very safe with your life jacket on anyway. great fun

This was a 60th birthday present for myself and my twin sister. We had a fabulous time. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Colin our 'captain' was attentive, experienced and fun. Through sponsorship we used the opportunity to raise more than £800 for charity. Altogether an amazing adventure we would recommend to anyone.
Adele
Great fun. Well organised trip, with skilled and knowledgeable guide. River was very calm so was more of a river trip than white water - but that suited our friends.
Karen
Brilliant activity. Great organisation, can't faulty the service.
Amy
Good service overall from booking to activity, easy to set up and nice people leading the trip. Grade 1 "Rapids" so a pleasant trip down the river, perfect for nervous participants. Having said that, there was much fun to be had! Awesome day!
Steve Chambers
Great Fun, very professional & knowledgable guide, two boats of people and had a brill laugh , saw lots of wildlife Not a white knuckle ride, great for a rafting trial to see if you like it, but highly enjoyable
Julie Adams
Wasn't able to do white water rafting because river to calm so we did water tubing instead! Brilliant fun. Loved it

Great fun!!!

Although the river was quite low so the ride was quite sedate, we spent a lovely afternoon paddling down this pretty stretch of river. There were lots of birds swooping around plus a large kingfisher which followed us for part of the trip. Ben our instructor was very helpful and knowledgeable but we did pass on his offer of a swim in the river as there were only 2 of us and we are both retired!
Richard
Great day out, well worth the money. Instructor was spot on and we dropped on a nice day. It was only about 4/5 degrees Celsius but wasn't a problem with the wet suit on so I would recommend this at any time of the year, don't let the cold put you off. Even went in for a swim at on point.
Katie
Excellent, the white water rafting experience in matlock was brilliant.
Kerry
