After fine tuning your Charcuterie skills and learning from some of the best, you’ll have some delicious meats to take home with you in no time. Whether you opt for duck, salami and chorizo or work with bacon, this hands on learning experience will provide you with some food skills for life from our team at Bray HQ. What’s nice is that although these meats have to be smoked and take a while to be ready, you’ll be receiving them in the post a few days later which extends the experience that little bit further! After mastering Charcuterie in the kitchen, you will then enjoy a Bray cured meats luncheon to sample some of the finest cuisine in the area before making your way over to the golf course. Whether you have your own set, or need to hire, everyone is welcome at this friendly golf club where you’ll be enjoying at 18 hole course with incredible views across the countryside, Although a little on the unusual side, we think the pairing of golf and Charcuterie is a match made in heaven for any foodie who is also a sports lover. Charcuterie Courses:
- Duck: From butchery to curing and cooking, you'll learn different charcuterie techniques which use every part of the duck
- Salami & Chorizo: Learn how to butcher your meat, blend your own salami and chorizo, cure and ferment and create your own sausage
- Bacon: Work with butchered cuts of heritage breed meat ranging and learn about salami and bacon production
