  • There is a dietary requirements box on the booking form when booking your date for those requesting vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.. The chef will provide a suitable replacement.
  • This is an educational lesson, and as the clients prepare and cook, taster portions are served for you to practice at home.
  • Spectators are not permitted.

A very enjoyable break making course. The tutor made sure everyone had hands-on experience at coming up and doing something. We made a pizza, flatbreads, foccacia and brioche with chocolate sauce - yumm. The rest of the participants were friendly too and the whole atmosphere and experience was fantastic. I can't wait to go and do something else at Ann's smart school of cookery. I went to the St Katherine's dock site and the day was sunny so that added to the enjoyment too. Ann was very kind to me as I had booked the course on a Friday with a Mon-Thurs voucher and only realised the mistake two days prior to going on the course, and only made contact the day before and all in a panic, but she sorted it out that I could attend the course without any hassle and extra expense. Thanks again Ann. They have loads of other courses which promise to be as amazing . . .
