Located just North East of Brighton, Deanland Airfield offers a rich history, having served as a temporary RAF Advanced Landing base during World War II. Today, it's a charming airfield owned by families who are passionate about light aviation, making it the ideal base for your microlight adventure. Our fleet of lightweight, modern, high-tech Ikarus C42 sports aircraft will ensure an incredibly smooth and exhilarating flight. Once in the air, the panoramic views across East Sussex and beyond will leave you in awe. Information
- Spectators are welcome to come and watch the flight
- There is an outside seating area
- Well-behaved dogs on leads are permitted on the airfield
- Minimum age 14
- Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult on the airfield
- Maximum weight is 110kg (around 17 stone)

- Please note that fixed-wing, closed-cockpit aircraft are used for flights; due to the lightweight nature of these modern sport aircraft, they're actually classed as microlights.
- Flex-wing microlight flights are not currently available at this location.
- Flights take place on weekdays and weekends, subject to availability
- Please note all flights are weather-dependent
