It’s not everyday you get the opportunity to fly a Lockheed Martin F16 Block 52 fighter jet! Luckily for you, with this sim session in Inverness, we’ve made this entirely (virtually!) possible. Originally developed by General Dynamics for the United States Airforce, these F-16 Fighting Falcons have become a staple for military defence in the US and beyond in the modern world. Designed to be just like the real plane, this simulator has a fixed base, meaning you’ll be feeling every bump in the road and the powerful G-forces. With a full scale working cockpit, you have all the controls needed to complete risky aerial missions and more. With the option to complete a full combat mission in the F16, or simply sit back, relax and get a feel for what it’s like flying a fighter yet, what you’d like to spend your session focusing on is entirely up to you. - Welcome, introduction and pre-flight briefing
- The simulator is a 1:1 scale and features all the controls you'd see in an actual F16
- Your instructor will take you through the controls and instrumentation on the aircraft before starting the session.

- Possible options include: air to air combat, aircraft carrier landings, air-to-ground bombing, air-to-air refuelling, formation flying and full mission campaigns (depending on flight duration)
