With little shepherding huts to relax in while the children play outside, it's the perfect setting to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The sound of metal on metal can be heard throughout the forge as the skilled blacksmiths work tirelessly to produce everything from latches, stays, bells, and tie-backs to bespoke designed and forged gates and furniture. This forge is renowned for producing high-quality practical and artistic ironwork, both contemporary and classic. It has worked on historical and ecclesiastical buildings looked after by the National Trust, English Heritage, and Cdaw in Wales. You'll be amazed watching the blacksmiths at work as they heat the iron to a red hot, then twist, bend, and cut it to create the most intricate and fascinating shapes. But you won't just be watching - you'll be learning hands-on from the Herefordshire blacksmiths how to create your very own bespoke iron piece.
