About the experience

This realistic, life sized 737-800 cockpit is as close to the real Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft as you can get and closely mirrors one of the most used commercial planes for jetting off to Europe. With all controls being fully functional with auto throttles, electric trims and stick shakers, you might need reminding once or twice that you are in a simulator and not actually cruising through the skies. It’s not just the mechanics of this sim that make it as realistic as you can get, but the whole flight experience is designed so you can step into the shoes of being the captain of a passenger jetliner. Your session will begin as all flights usually do with a safety briefing and will similarly end with a post flight debrief. With the help of an experienced instructor, you’ll also get to plan your flight path. With a range of 50,000 airports across the world to fly into and a range of flight styles to choose from, whether you’re looking to master challenging flight conditions, or craving a more leisurely flight, this simulator can cater to all requirements. Alongside the flexible flight paths designed by you and your pilot, is a 230 degree 4k full wrap visual screen that will make you forget you're in a simulator in a room in Newcastle, and not soaring across the skies above.
