Are Caving Experiences for Me?

Despite loving the sound of one of these unique adventures, you might be wondering if they are the right activity for you, or indeed, someone else you’re buying a birthday gift for. As well as a keen sense of adventure and not being afraid to get stuck in some tight spaces, we’d strongly recommend you have a certain level of fitness. We’re not talking about anything crazy, but you need to be able to climb, abseil and wiggle your way out of small gaps with ease - which all require a certain level of strength and fitness.

If you’re not entirely sure - in the meantime, we’d recommend having a look at some of our other brilliant outdoor experiences such as Bunjee Jumping or even Water Sport Experiences - perfect for the spring and summer months. Although caving is one of those incredible once in a lifetime experiences, it won’t be for everyone.

However, if you love the challenge of being in a confined space and the chance to explore the unique makeup of incredible underground landscapes, then caving experiences are definitely for you.
